A portrait makes a beautiful gift so we have created The Painted Pets Gift Certificate. Each superbly presented Gift Certificate comes bearing your personal message and is enveloped in a coloured metallic sleeve tied with matching ribbon.
The Gift Certificate entitles the recipient to a contemporary portrait of their own pet — of a size and budget that you choose, see the
price page. The certificate valid for 2 years from the date of issue, to the current value of one painting of one pet, even if the prices increase in the meantime. Each Gift Certificate is individually numbered so if it gets misplaced or stolen, you can be assured your purchase is completely secure.
With all Painted Pets paintings, each portrait is guaranteed original and comes with its own signed Certificate of Authenticity. As a Gift Certificate holder, your portrait is delivered anywhere in Australia free of charge. And if you live in or around Sydney, I can come and photograph your pet for the painting if requested, at no additional charge (normally this costs $120).

How to buy a Gift Certificate
The Gift Certificate includes one pet with a simple background so the prices are exactly as quoted in the current
price list.
When you purchase a Painted Pets Gift Certificate, you need to supply us with the following details:
- The message you want on the Gift Certificate
- The person's name, contact and delivery details
- The size you have chosen for their pet portrait
- If they have a dog or a cat (for the Gift Certificate design).
Turn around time is two to three days to put your personalised certificate together. When your Gift Certificate is ready, I email you a picture of it for you to check, before it is sent to you (or the recipient).

When the Certificate holder is ready to proceed
They need to send me a few good pictures of their pet plus the original Gift Certificate. I talk with them about the painting and their pet, as with all pet portraits. Painting then begins. When their pet portrait is finished, we email (or post) a digital photo of it to the recipient (or to you if you prefer) for approval, then it’s carefully packed and delivered. The painting is sent with its Certificate of Authenticity, the Gift Certificate and any original photographs.
The Gift Certificate must be paid for in full before it is issued. It is not redeemable for cash.
